Our architect specified a HARO product as a feature wall for our office expansion. The concept was novel and the result was brilliant. Installation was quick and easy, and the result finished the spaces off perfectly.

Very helpful when we visited Haro showroom during holiday to Queenstown. They provided several samples to try at home, the light grey planks installed by their recommended installer, has uplifted our space, and looks fabulous!

We love HARO Oak Markant Plank, their engineering timber floor, I installed in our living room a few months ago. We are especially delighted with the NaturalLin Plus surface finish, which gives warm feeling through our feet. Combining with our underfloor heating system, it produces perfect comfort in the room. Its quality is excellent, its clicking system is accurate and solid, so I have no issues at its installation. Richard responded my small enquiries promptly all the time, which gave me great assurance as I bought the product online.

Love our Haro Disano floor. Everyone comments on it, it feels soft underfoot and is quiet to walk on. I also love the peace of mind knowing its PVC free and isn't emitting nasties into our house like other flooring can.Delivery was fast, install was reasonably easy and they sent us a mop and solutions to keep it looking beautiful.Thanks! We have used Haro Flooring on our ceiling and walls. It looks absolutely amazing. No shrinkage or ghastly gaps, no ongoing maintenance. Richard from the Queenstown showroom, worked tirelessly to get the product into our build. We couldn’t be happier with this product.

From my first point of contact which was email to the waving off the installers the experience with Haro flooring has been outstanding. After perusing the very easy flowing website to narrow down our choices when then drove to the Queenstown showroom and viewed, walked on and touched the flooring, all while being given space to enjoy and decide as well as having expertise advice on hand. We were given samples of the two floors we liked and after taking them home and looking at them for a couple of days we made our decision. We were then directed to Floortago for installation, this was another great experience, Gerry and Sarah arrived, installed, cleaned up and left the most beautiful transformation of our home. We are just so delighted with our whole experience, thank you Haro and Floortago.

So happy with our flooring and have had so many compliments already. The team were great to deal with (prompt responses, complimentary cleaning kits etc). While I haven't been to the showroom myself (as I live in Dunedin), I have been in contact with Graeme and other people at HARO and the experience has been positive throughout. They have been very responsive and very helpful in all the steps. We planned to retrofit underfloor heating in our house and were looking for a thin, UFH compatible, non-toxic flooring that is also not too bad for the environment. After I asked for a sample of the DISANO flooring, I had one in the letterbox on the next day. I also looked on the international HARO website and found further variations of the flooring and Graeme was happy to order the one we preferred for us from Germany at no extra cost. There were understandable delays due to COVID, but I was always informed about the progress. The team at HARO also helped to find a flooring installer and talked to them (I can highly recommend John Haddow in Dunedin!).We are very happy with our new flooring. Due to the UFH, we didn't want real wood flooring, but I liked the wood design of the DISANO floor. In the wet areas we chose the same product with a tile look. In contrast to real tiles it is not as hard and also feels warmer, even without underfloor heating. The low profile of the new flooring in comparison to the thick carpet and underlay we had before the UFH installation means we could make up for some of the room height that we lost by the UFH installation.
