Hazel was super helpful. Had an issue with an international transfer that a different branch wanted nothing to do with. She rang the call center with me and made sure I had all the details to make sure the payment had gone through. Saved me a lot of worry

Worst service of manukau mall ANZ branch. Assistant manager is so rude talking in her native language ,worst customer service plus attitude towards her job.Emily is the one who can deal with customers nicely only there.Regional or branch manager should read the reviews and fire the staff or trained them properly customer dealing.In the nutshell, ANZ manukau mall is leaving negative impact on public.Trained the staff how to deal politely and nicely ,its New Zealand where people are known for their kindness worldwide ,it’s not their home country.Thank you and regards !Very disappointing

I have got worst experience. I visited to the bank with my card to get the bank statement. I went most of the time in manukau branch to get bank statement . They never asked me about id . They use to ask some questions. But today i went there and staff named julie she said we can't give the statement to you without id . I have wasted my time to go back and bring that id . I am so angry. I prefer not to visit again..

I went into this Branch to see if they could fit me in to talk with any of their Banking Consultant, since it was small issue with my Home Loan surprisingly there was an opportunity but they gave me 5 Minutes before the next appointment I took it , the consultant was understanding and it didn't take that long since information was already prepared for and i knew what I wanted and I was done say about 2 minutes extra time , I appreciate the professional service.
