We have had our daughter at First Steps for 2.5 years and highly recommend them. They provide a supportive and loving environment for the children in their care focussing on fostering independence, enjoyment in learning and each child's personal interests. There is a lovely family type atmosphere in the centre. It's like having a team of amazing aunties caring for our little girl.

If you are looking for a fun friendly environment with wonderful staff to entrust your children, you've found it!It may be part of a larger group but the service is personalized and professional! Glenda and her team make you feel like extended family, they definitely go the extra mile!

We changed daycare to move to beststart as it's closer to home and didn't even miss a beat. The teachers made us feel right at home and our baby girl settled in straight away. We love the updates we get - Megan Tailby in particular is so great at keeping us updated via Storypark and we love the days we get those updates. Storypark itself is such a great way to communicate - our old daycare would tell my partner things that were coming up when he did pick up and it was never communicated back to me! This way we both get the updates and I don't have to rely on forgetful dad (haha) We also have lots of days we have to pick up early or drop off late and every time the teachers are involved and present with the kids rather than just being 'supervisors' as it can be at other centers. CJ is always so happy when we come in! We are very happy - the only thing I wish we received more updates via Storypark - but that's probably me just being greedy ;)

Our baby always come home boasting about what activities she done and the friends she has made at kindy love that she has made a best friend at kindy as well and she looks forward to going everyday to she her. Our girl is very shy when it come to joining in with activities on her own so the teachers are very encouraging and supportive when is come to getting her to join the other kids.
