Amazing staff!From the warm welcome I received, to the fantastic nurse who took my blood.This was a very warm, friendly and professional visit.The nurse who took my blood was so experienced and I felt at ease.It was painless, fast and easy.Thank you so much!

Horrible, witnessed a pregnant staff member being bullied to the point of walking out in tears, hope that girl was OK, and the BULLY" reprimanded. Terrible to see work place bullies on a normal day

I would personally love to thank Fiona for being patient, gentle and making me feel very comfortable during my blood tests as I usually dread the experience. Thank you for showing such kindness and compassion.

Waited an hour to have a blood test.I was happy to wait an hour for your service as I understand your situation.My initial comment was to give customers an indication of the time they need to allocate to get the job done.

It is troubling to experience the very low motivation of staff to show motivation to move the number of people that they are dealing with! I visualize, slow activity of movement, almost to the extent that the staff were feeling aggrieved in some way with their positions of employment and therefore did not care for time or urgency nor care of service! As a result,there are many informal notices about wait times and apologies for said!I believe this is all a farse for those employed showing lack of care or responsibility, hence a poor service overall! Show you care by showing enthusiasm and motivation to get the job done!
