Alot better than the Napier store, that only really has clothes and shoes now.Needed hockey shin pads, the guy was helpful and helped get the right fit.

Sorry to say it but the shoe section was a mess. Very difficult to find the shoe on display - boxes all over the place. Left empty handed on both attempts to purchase shoes. I expect the store is severley understaffed at present.

Had a great shopping experience here. Now it was quiet, but staff went out of there way to help and offer suggestions and solutions. What I wanted was out of stock in store but we sourced it on line and it will be delivered to home free of charge from their online in store kiosk. Staff helped through the process with smiles and a pleasant interaction.

No welcome hellos when you walk in. No customer service from staff unless you eventually find one. Could easily walk out with gear, no one around to stop you.Very big store.Discounted shoes at end of store, scattered.Tidy yet very pricey clothing.No idea where there changing rooms were.The male staff who helped was very informative.

Sizes are usually out of stock. It's hard to buy footwear online, because every article is unique and it's best to check the fit and comfort before buying it.There is a shortage of staff it seems coz everytime you need clarification on products you have to actually go head hunting to get an help or advise. Hence the minus 2 stars

I went there today on the 23rd of July 2022 around time 1500 with my younger brother, I found an amazing pair of Nike's that I absolutely loved, being from Australia customer service standards are very high, while I had made up my mind of which shoes I wanted I turned to the staff member a young female, I asked if they had the shoe i was holding in hand, if they had it in a size 7 US size as I wanted to purchase them, the staff member she rudely says to me without making eye contact and still appeared to be packing items away, she replied just what's on the shelf, I told her okay could you get me a size 7 because I don't work here, I didn't know that customers are to attend to themselves without assistance, she walks over and replys after a few seconds of trying to locate the shoes and says we only have 7, 1/2 in that shoe size I told her that's fine ill try them on, she appeared very unwilling to help, face turned and head positioned in the opposite direction whiles handing me the shoes, just poor customer service, particularly the female staff, they are happy to talk to one another and discuss items in the shop what appeared to me, they were shopping for items while customers are having to attend to themselves, i did find a pair of shoes and proceeded to the front counter, 2 counter tops had 2 staff members at each station but only one cash register was attending customers while the female staff just stood back and watched the tall male staff attend to all customers on that particular day, shoes are stacked on top of one another just messy. 3rd times a charm, I will be making a formal complaint to management if this kind of poor customer service continues. Please offer ongoing training to your staff as they need to understand there job description. I can see I am not the only person that has written a very similar review.

Always has a great range of footwear and clothing, better than the stores in Wellington I usually use. Staff went out of their way to assist with a request.

Stock is largely same design, different label.Groupings and finding items is like a jumble sale. What a mess!

Was in there one evening a few weeks back looking for a pair of running runners, spent 45 minutes trying to figure out which pair best suited me. Not a single member of staff approached me and it was very quiet in the shop. Next time I'll just go to front runner !! Still bought a pair but it involved a bit of googling
