Joining bead snapped in half after 5mths. Other brands have lasted me 5yrs. Upon informing company they say theres a $15 cost to fix the fault and stating that impact must of caused it not faulty. It was on an infant so very sure it was definitely not impact. Would definitely not recommend and a total waste of my money. absolutely Poor customer service blaming the customer and charging to fix a faulty product.

My daughters necklace is just beautiful amber j your pictures doesn't do it justice. I have 3 other kids and brought there's from over the counter at baby city and baby factory but amber j your quality is way better and all in all way nicer. I put it straight on my then 8 week old and she has slept through the night ever since. Fast shipping, NZ local, definitely recommend
