I am 100% happy with the service that Mainfreight Thames provided. They were responsive. They acted quickly when I indicated that my consignment was time sensitive. The driver was excellent. Great communication.

I rang Mainfreight Thames inquiring about re-locating a dining set & John said he would ring me back, which he did within a few minutes with a price, John was clearly busy but still spent the time to help in his polite manner.( the table sold so didn’t require the job done) but thank you.

Delivered broken goods to my company on a regular basis. As well as breakages of equipment with a forklift on delivery. Pretty Appalling. After speaking with staff regarding this issue on multiple occasions over the last 12 months. I was told Mainfreight is not liable for the goods they break in transit. And will not cover any of the cost of damaged goods. “It’s move at your own risk. Sales account manager is also in Hamilton not Thames. We have not been looked after by main freight Thames.

Have sat on a delivery due for Christmas from the 14th. Failed to deliver despite being chased numerous times by the supplier. Ruined Christmas. Avoid like coronavirus if you need something delivered on time. Not a one off - took them 3weeks to get something to us from Tauranga. Only gave them one star as I could give them less.

Fast consistent deliveries. Help office staff and drivers. Considering the sizes of the items they deliver they are usually faster than your typical courier services. Highly recommended. I wish they could deliver all of my items.
