I am happy with the prompt service from first quote to Lara for a garage door opener until it was installed in the next day today. Ian has done the excelent job installing the motor/opener and he was friendly too. Happy with the 7 year warranty that come with the motor and also bought the prepaid one year service with discounted rate and able to pay with credit card using mobile eftpot terminal. Dominator motor looks better and operates smoother than my previous Doorworks motor that I bought from other company (M.G.D.) that last only for 4 years and they refuse to fix it under the warranty because they said it only came with 2 year warranty and even though earlier this year their technician came to fix the issue with that motor, so decided to replace it with the better one, hate the problem. Hopefully Dominator motor could last much longer than previous one and don't give me problem.

Replaced 3x manual tiltadoors from the 60s with new flexible doors on rails. What a difference it makes having them electric now with remotes and wall switches. Excellent service from the sales rep who came twice with swatches so we could pick colours. The install guys did a great job too taking away the old doors. We have low ceilings in the garage so i thought electric was not possible, so worth checking with these guys. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with our dealings with Garage Door Solutions from the first phone call asking for a quote, to replace our 62 year old garage door., to the finished Installation. They did all the work themselves, once we had an electrician install a power point in the appropriate place. Where as with the other quote we had we had to arrange for a builder to do the timber framing. They were quick and made a first class job of the installation. The door works very smoothly and is quiet. We are more than happy with the service, and the door from Garage Door Solutions.

Had 1 year service of garage door opener today. Technician was awesome. Arrived on time and got on with the job. No problems with opener all year. It is slick, reliable and quiet compared to my previous opener. Would highly recommend Garage Door Solutions. A+++

I have had to replace both motors for our garage doors, the first one back in July and the other one this week. The guys who did the work were experts in their craft and not only replaced the motor and chain arm but checked and did other maintenance at no extra cost.
