Perfection Nails and Spa - Milford

Spent 1.5hrs and $75 on a lash lift that did nothing and hurt, was offered to come back the next day and have them lifted more for free but I'm not going back. Was not a clean lash room either.

I had a 9am appointment on a Saturday and a confirmation email. I arrived on time along with 6 other people who wanted their nails done. No sign of life in the salon. Lights were off. I waited on the street and left after 10 minutes and several others followed me. We all went over to the mall and got our nails done there. This is terrible customer service. I emailed them to complain. No one contacted me to apologise. 0 out of 5 from me. Don’t waste your time here!

My booking was at 11am for both manicure and pedicure - gel polish. advised approximately an hour or less for both job done. Then I have arrived the shop around 10:55am and cannot imagine that I left the shop at 1:20pm. Not to talking about how much time I have to wait, 2 of my nails was bleeding due to cutting/shaping. The final work done was just rough. Also, the price list at shop VS online are different for the same thing. Please update your price list online, so customers won’t having surprise at the end. Not a good experience and Not recommended.—————————————————————————Thanks for letting me know what has happened on the day, it’s all understandable for unexpected staff arrangement. However With 1 staff away, and your customer to spend 2 and half hours in the shop is really not a good experience. Believe me, I am not the only one to complain the waiting hours, the other lady was also made the same comments for waiting. Well, I guess the staff should let us know first, I may reschedule the bookings as I had to cancel my next appointment.Also thanks for the offer to fix my nails, I don’t think there is much can be done, and both of my nails are getting better today.Thanks—————————————————————————03/01/2023Would love to change the rating from 1 star to 4 stars.I have been back to the shop today to fix 1 nail (gel was pealing) Really appreciate that they have fix it quickly and Nicely without surcharge. Also, the staff did the apology about the other day’s delay. Love the way you solved the problem, and thanks for the service.

Really lovely experience here! They squeezed me in super last minute & then when I accidentally chipped a nail, they re did my nails the very next day for no charge! Lovely & quick experience, would definitely recommend!

OBSESSED! I tried perfection nails today for the first time and I was definitely not disappointed.I made an appointment for acrylic nails at 5:30 (30 mins before closing) and they were extremely accommodating. All of the girls were extremely patient and I didn’t feel rushed at all.The girl that did my nails was awesome and you can tell she really knows the craft. Her work was clean and the acrylic didn’t come out chunky at all. It honestly felt like I was just hanging out with a friend as her conversation was so friendly the entire time! I wish I asked for her name but completely forgot in the moment (I believe it was the branch manager)100000% will be going back next month

Lovely experience, friendly staff and so many colours and designs to pick from. Very clean and tidy salon that make you feel extremely welcome. Great prices and highly recommend

The staff seemed to be rushing through the service even though I’d made an appointment ahead of time. The cuticles weren’t pushed back properly and I was completely neglected after the nail paint was applied. The nail paint chipped the very next day.
