United Cinemas Bayfair

Our first time here we love it. It's such a luxury cinema. Toilets are fancy and clean. Kids enjoy the movie. A great way to spend time with the kids.

Rude management and also super dirty. Paid for a recliner and piles of old food and wrappers coming out of the side of the seats amd table and chairs not wiped, can see all the mess from previous movies.

Kids movies are Wayyyyy tooo loud and scears young 1s.Food from the bar takes wayyyy too long to be deliverd and the price is rediculas for combos. Seats wernt cleaned, for the price of everything it should be a 5 star experience. Definitely won't be comeing back!

yesterday my partner & i came to see little mermaid around 1.40ish … Amazing Customer service, young blonde worker was so lovely but politely excused herself & had a horrible coughing fit!! Poor girl definitely should not have been working!

Cinema 7.2 1/2h tinitus noise out of the wall, technic?!?, destroyed the whole movie (guardians vol. 3). Maybe voucher would be fair.Booked a recliner, not busy. Only me and another guy. Cup holder dirty, a bit yucky. Its a shame.

Kinda expensive in comparison to Event Tauranga Central and the buttons to get into the theatre through the doors wasn't always obvious. Toilets were a mess with some sinks not working and many of them being super dirty.

This movie theater is really cool. The decorations make it look like it's from the past, and you really get into the fact you are in a theater. I love the 8nterior of the screen rooms also it looked very classy. The screens are only average size, and for some reason the good reclining chairs were up front, too close to the screen where usually you would not want to sit, so I chose the standard seats which were perfect. I love this cinema, thought it was great! I will most certainly choose this as my go to for films while I am in Tauranga!

The payment system is beyond useless. Waited in line for a ticket for 30 mins and missed the start of the movie. Staff wandering around aimlessly behind the counter. I expect better for the cost. Next time i’ll go to the lakes.

Hello is anybody reading these reviews because it seems like no one bothering to address these on going problems. I can't believe the state of this place. Went in to watch a movie at 6pm the mess that we walked into. Rubbish bins over flowing with rubbish we had no where to put our rubbish. Popcorn all over the floors the seats just everywhere. You have got kids running this cinema that have no idea how to clean, they do nothing but walk around & do nothing. This place is to tight to pay for responsible adults to run this cinema, i can diffinitely see this place being wrecked because of the lack of training, lack of care ,& responsibilities . Diffinitely will loose customers if nothing gets done about it. Popcorn way to salty, the sound affects a way to loud cud make you deaf. Sad to see the lack of care in a place like this.
