Had a slow leak in one of tyres which turned put to be a cut and had to be replaced. They were the only branch that had the tyre we need. The tyre was replaced but they didnt balance the tyres properly and we had to go to a gas station to refill and match the air on the tyres ourselves.

Happy with the service. A bit effy at first since I thought I'd get a confirmation text saying my car is ready but I never did. I was caught up with work and by the time I realized, the place was closed and nobody had picked up my call. I live out North and work in the mall so I rely on my car alot to travel to and from work so not having my car is a big nono. Luckily the staff was kind enough to come back and gave me my car back and I also did not get charged cause. They apologise for not letting me know that the car was done.

I pulled into this place with my rims running on my tire after a puncture. When I asked if they could change my tire they said they were too busy. When I asked if I could leave my tire with them and come back they were too busy to take it off. So I asked if I can just take it off and leave it with them and they said that I can’t change it in their car park. I will have to go out onto the main road and park on a yellow line, potentially wreck my tire and my rim because of health and safety. So I went to the store next door where the owner was very accommodating, changed my tire and left. Complete lack of common sense!!!!!
