Bought a Tag Heuer watch from David Keefe Jewellers. After sales support was simple stunning to say the least. These people really know how to look after their clients. I highly recommend dealing with these people for any purchase. David Keefe and his manager Rob know exactly what customer service is all about. I have dealt with other jewellers also but none provided the experience these people provided. Felt immensely looked after. I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed at all

Took a ring in for resizing.I got a quote for the resizing over the phone after leaving the ring at the shop.When I went to pick up after the service they charged me $100 more than what was quoted.The ring looks amazing and am super happy with the final result.A bit taken back I wasn’t advised of the extra cost but probably my fault I didn’t get the quote in writing. otherwise very happy with the final result of the ring.Thanks!

We are about to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary on 22/1/2023For our 1st anniversary 22/1/1984 I purchased a gold box chain for my husband. He still wears it every day. Thank you David Keefe. Recently took a watch to have a battery changed, left it with them and would collect approx 1 week later, phoned and spoke to the watch repairer and he said that there maybe a problem with it as it would occasionally stop.I went to collect it and there was no charge for the battery replacement which I thought was a really kind gesture, we have dealt with Keefe's before and always find them welcoming and friendly with professional service, when the watch does stop I will be buying a replacement off themHighly recommend
