McDonald's Ferry Road
All of us had sore and upset stomachs after eating here. They say it can take up to 36 hours and we're trying to shift the blame. Won't return and disgusting food.

Disgusting, 5 tables worth of rubbish both bins overflowing with rubbish, and yet not a single staff member cleaning, more interested in talking amongst themselves. Shift manager running drive through with out a face mask even though they are directly dealing with customers

Went to the Ferryroad McDonald's and ordered a Chicken Mcspicy. To my shock I didn't recieved a chicken burger but a beef burger.

This is a picture of my The Boss" burger which I waited 20 minutes for. Beef was dried out and cheese was congealed together. Hardly any lettuce

Ordered an ice latte with almond milk, no sugar syrup through the drive through today, and its not the first time I have ordered from here, and honestly is always the best Iced Latte out of all the McDonalds I have been to in Chch. Service was great and Iced Latte has decent amount of ice in it. I can not complain about the iced lattes I have from here. The best. :-)

Worst McD, worst customer services in town, order 2 choc top soft cone which came by 2 different sizes, base on my 10 years McD experience I can tell one is standard size while the other one is not even half of the standard size (approximately 2x4cm). We ask the manager/supervisor to remake the small one and they claimed the small one is the standard size and the other one was a mistake. As a reason I don’t recommend this restaurant, all the other McD provide customer with larger size food. Would never come back again.

As expected for a Maccas lunch treat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wish the playground had a slightly better design (in terms of extra footholds) to allow the kids with small statue to access the playground. My small but adventurous 2-year-old was physically not able to get to even the first level independently.
