Love my new carpet. Great service from Mark and his team. When I needed to push my installation date out it was not problem and we agreed on a new date. Carpet fitters were great. Would recommend them and if I need to get carpet again I would be straight back there.

Mark and Fiona gave us a prompt quote along with useful options for our needs. He got the installation done promptly and was open to timing and so forth. The installers, Rob and Zeal, were fantastic, professional and went the extra mile. Cannot recommend this team highly enough!

I was given excellent information about suitable products during the consultation process and questions I had after that were answered promptly. The finished floor looks amazing and much better than I expected. The floor layers have done a beautiful job and I can’t fault their workmanship. They worked long hours to complete the job as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Carpet Court.

A really good experience actually. Walk in, talk, convinced I might be better with another product, then a site visit and measure up. We talked after the verbal quote (then written) and a potential window for installation. Went smoothly, and what an awesome job the layer did! Extremely happy with the experience, and I would not only use them again, but I would also highly recommend them to others. Well done Mark and Fiona! You guys rock.

We had an excellent and professional consultation with Mark from the beginning. He has the ability to build a good rapport with his customers, gave us a very competitive quote and kept us updated throughout the process. We had our carpets installed yesterday, ahead of schedule which was amazing service and the installer was polite friendly and efficient and we are so happy with our new carpets we almost slept on the floor last night :) We give them a 10 out of 10!!

Mark and the team were so great to deal with for our recent insurance replacement job. I loved that they handled everything, came out to do a measure and Mark talked us through the process. We were very impressed at how quickly the carpet was ordered and a date for install was booked. The installer was the best carpet layer we have met; so professional, efficient and polite. Stoked they offer a curtain making service too as we will definitely be in to discuss that when our budget allows.
