Bloody good service, mum took her mower in for a service and got it done cheaper than if I went out and brought the oils , filter , blades and plug myself. also found that the lead was shorting out under own initiative! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Dropped a service request in online on a Sunday. Phone call the next morning, machines picked up the an hour after that and then returned within the week running super smooth. Ants and the team are legends of customer service and machine repair.

100% recommend these guys. I dropped my mower for repair a few days before the Level 4 lockdown. On the morning of the first day of Level 3 I get a call saying the mower is ready and happy to deliver back to my house. Invoice had a good breakdown of the parts and labour required and was more than fair. Great work Cyclone. Thank you.
