To start got my order incorrect over the phone charged me 10 dollars more than should have. Chips were below average. The fish bites were horrible with some bright yellowish orange soggy batter. I was so disappointed I couldn't even be bothered ringing to complain. I bind the lot

Just got a Hawaiian Burger the presentation was probably hands down the best i've had and it tasted fantastic. I hope the standard stays consistent because that's what makes me come back.

3.5 ⭐️ pretty nice all round just didn’t enjoy my hot dog as it was very very soft on the inside and the skin was very hard to bite through, also get around $2 worth of chips for $4.

Yummy fish and chips..The snapper fried is delicious.Price really affordable for such a big portion of fish and chips.The store is really clean, and no fishy smell. I like that kind of store, really care with cleanliness..A bit long to wait as they really busy, but it worth.Definitely will come again...Cheers..

Terrible quality food, I ordered a scoop of chips and a “fresh” piece of battered snapper. Instead I got food poisoning from a disgusting piece of fish and have been running to the toilet every 15 minutes

The staff are friendly both 'in-house' and over the phone. There are table & chairs available to dine in if you choose to stay and eat, with enough space to be comfortable.For our family we usually go with the fish bites, snapper, Steak & Egg burger and chips which for a family of 3 children and 2 adults is priced anywhere between $45 - $55, which i find to be reasonably priced.The taste and quality can be a little 'touch & go' sometimes which means at times we feel we get great value for money, and other times we wished we'd gone somewhere else. However, we've been satisfied more times than not with the kai.For the convenince, price and quality of food Hook Inn is a good choice for a Fish'n'Chip fix!

A great takeaway with a choice of several fresh fish either crumb or batter. Chips are crispy too. They get busy Friday evening so ring ahead to avoid a 30min wait.
