I was a little unsure about heading along to do the Reformer classes as I had never even done normal pilates and wasn't very confident. I found the introductory class very useful and the usual classes were quite achievable with the instructors very helpful ensuring i was doing the movements correctly.Classes are very structured and the class time is used very efficiently, so the time flies past! Only got a little bit of muscle soreness after the first class, and while it certainly burned during the classes, I had no lingering discomfort.

Lovely instructors that made me feel super comfortable and less nervous as it was my first time doing Pilates. Jacinta has been so so helpful with giving me information about the classes and how to book, she’s super friendly and kind! Really great place to be and when I came in Nicola was super informative and welcoming :)

Highly recommend Studio Pilates classes Dunedin! Really loving getting back into reformer pilates after 8 years of not having access to classes here in NZ.I love how it's inclusive and supportive for people of all abilities, shapes & flexibility. The instructors are so motivating and I like how the class is short and snappy yet an all over body workout.The x7 classes for $60 is a great way to trial and ease into it. Give it a go you won't regret it!

Beautiful brand new studio and equipment, plenty of classes available at different times of the day, workouts are challenging but manageable. Staff and instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and always ensuring my technique is correct.

Beautiful studio. Amazing team (still learning names here) Lisa, Caitlin, Hannah. You'll walk in, be greeted by the smiling faces of Jacinta/Nicole, smash out a 45 minute whole-body work out lead by very skilful instructors who will quickly know your limits and appropriately push you to your limit, correct your techniques and bring you to that crucial last rep (dont be fooled, the videos you see make it look very easy - they arent!), and then leave with such a high that will make you want to come back for more. This is my first time ever trying pilates and I highly recommend this studio. Give it a try, you will not regret it!
