Unfortunately my visit was not what every girl dreams of.Firstly this was an hour and a half appointment as well as paid and I travelled a long way to get there. I would've really appreciated if I was able to have a look around and find something I liked as I was unsure on what I was after and every dress that was brought in was not my style. Which then wasted a lot of my time and money. We were never offered anything to drink either.Secondly I was put with a new lady on her first day (who was lovely, and doing her best) But unfortunately she wasn't as experienced, as you'd expect and didn't fit the dresses to me which made me swim in every dress. I did not feel like a bride at all. She needed someone to assist her the whole time as it made my experience not very professional.Unfortunately I would not suggest this place to any upcoming brides as I had much more enjoyable and professional experiences elsewhere. Was a bit of a disappointment to end my special day.

I had such an incredible experience at To Cherish bridal and would just like to say a huge thank you to the ladies. When entering the store the team at the front desk were very friendly and helpful - introducing me to my consultant for my appointment. My bridesmaids and I were so happy to have our own private room to try dresses on, it made me feel a lot more confident than other stores I had been to. Since we booked the luxe appointment we each received a glass of bubbles and since it was so delicious we had to ask what bubbles it was!I had chosen a handful of dresses before my appointment which I found very helpful and a great start as their selection is so huge I would have been so overwhelmed trying to look around the store and choose myself!! After trying on my starting dresses my consultant Taylor then went and selected dresses based on my feedback and ended up picking the perfect dress for me! I have ordered my dress and I can not wait for it to arrive!I had such a great experience and I highly recommend visiting when searching for your dress.

Good experience was in red traffic light conditions. Helpful and really listened to my daughter and what she gad in mind while supporting her to try other style dresses. Beautiful surroundings. Great selection of dresses.

Last week I looked on the website and noticed that there was a booking fee of $50 so didn’t bother giving this place a thought as considering you speed a lot on a wedding dress you shouldn’t be charged. Ended up going back onto the website after going elsewhere as I knew what suited me and saw loads I would like to try on. I called up and the lady mentioned that the fee for the first consultation was no longer a thing, I was excited and jumped straight into booking.This morning was my appointment which was booked for 1hr 30min and the minute I walked in I instantly felt no warm welcome. My best friend “maid of honour” arrived 15min later and brought her son in the pram also a way to keep him distracted strapped in the pram, incase he wanted to move around. I am embarrassed for the way they made a big deal about the pram, saying it was in the way for them, when it’s not really an issue accommodating to people’s needs, it’s not like its a designer/boutique store.Another thing that bothered me is that you had to pick 5 dresses before arriving which is fine but once you’re there you were not allowed to look around at other dresses. Even my mum tried going out to look a couple of times and the ladies pounced on her saying “will you please get back into this room”, even the lady looking after me left just to get mum back. They made it sound like “sorry we are moving dresses around”, hmmm okay cool, even if you are we should be still allowed to look. Mum finally got out of the lady that they don’t like brides looking through, incase they get wrecked. Halfway through in my mind I was over this appointment as I felt controlled and restricted on my choice so had to pretend I was interested but really had clocked out in my mind basically straight away. If you asked them to try on more, it would just take too long and it’s hard to just pick dresses from photos for them to get as they all look different in person.Overall, Im disappointed as this is meant to be the most exciting time of my life and I just walked out feeling so glum and it’s a shame as there could have been a dress there to suit me, but I would never know.All the best for future brides but I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.

I had the best experience here with Rachel, it was my first time trying on wedding dresses and she made it a breeze! The ladies at reception were also lovely, definitely recommend coming here

After being referred by a friend who had a great experience with To Cherish, I booked in a bridal consultation for my friend (I’m the maid of honour) and we were not disappointed! They have a stunning array of dresses to choose from and the quality is outstanding! We had Rachel as our consultant and she was so entertaining and knowledgeable. My friend purchased her dream dress and the experience was so much fun from start to finish! 20/10 would reccomend.

Could not recommend the team at To Cherish Bridal more. They were amazing throughout the process of trying on dresses, to getting my dress delivered, altered and picked up for my big day!Definitely worth a visit!

Rachel was so helpful today when I visited To Cherish for my first ever wedding dress try on. I was so nervous and had no idea what to expect. She explained the process and answered all of the questions we threw at her. Rachel was thoughtful and listened to my feedback on each dress, she then considered that in the next dress she brought me. I'd highly recommend Rachel and To Cherish to anyone looking for their first experience trying on wedding dresses.

Had a fantastic experience, they had a huge range to choose from in a reasonable budget (although I ended up choosing the first dress I tried!). They really listened and took into account t what was and wasn't working for me, while making sure I tried some other options just to be sure.They were so friendly and relaxed, which is what I needed with dress shopping not being my natural habitat. They were also super helpful when I had a last minute schedule conflict and went the extra mile to still accommodate me.

After visiting To Cherish, I didn't feel the need to go anywhere else as I had found everything I could have hoped for.
