Happy Travels Queenstown

Dominic at Happy travels was an absolute delight! We popped in late afternoon to book a wine tour for the next day, which didn’t give him much time and most things were fully booked! He tried everyone he could think of and finally found us a tour, which was amazing btw! He truly went above and beyond and was really fun and friendly!!

Take the cable car to to the skyline up top and checkout the great eating choices and take in incredible vistas while enjoying lunch.Watch the luge in action below and follow the parachutes gradually descending to the park so far below.

Happy travels assisted us with our trip in Queenstown. Very friendly and helpful English men. We found Russel a very helpful and honest person. He provided us with reasonable prices for heli ride and Milford sound trip plus other few activities we did. We dealt with happy travels for all our fun activities and found satisfying. I would recommend using happy travels and talk to Russel if you are planning to visit Queenstown NZ.

We stopped into one of the Happy Travels stores as our first item of business when arriving in Queenstown to get some ideas of what to do. After chatting to Lewis, we walked away with 4 activities booked in across the South Island, an itinerary for our time in NZ and countless restaurant and bar recommendations that proved to be absolutely on point!! Lewis was so easy going and helpful - we have never been so satisfied from visiting an information centre before. Highly recommend stopping by as the first thing you do when you get to Queenstown!

They helped us set up paragliding. They went over the options for doing it in Queenstown. They were great setting it up, picking a day that would work around our busy schedule. They also helped us to reschedule to earlier in the day because another excursion of ours was rescheduled while on vacation. Glad we had them to help us set up some activities while we were there.

Truly fantastic experiance. Myself and my wife flew in February of 2023 and I flew Jan a German pilot and my wife with a Turkish pilot. They also have female pilots. The experiance was truly amazing from the booking experiance in the Office to the private transfer up to Coronet Peak. Everyone made us feel welcome and safe. After a safety brief my pilot Jan took me up and explained how the rig worked and in perfect English, he went on to ask if I would like to do some stunts, well of course I obliged and we did some truly amazing technical stunts. WOW FANTASTIC EXPERIANCE. I urge anyone who has the nerve, to go paragliding with them. They make you so welcome and at ease and trust me you will not be dissapointed. I would highly reccommend there services. Thanks to all.

Alex was super helpful organising our transport to and from the mountains for snowboarding. He recommended we rent a car as the bus’ are quite booked at the moment and got us a price for a 7 seater car with insurance & snow chains cheaper for 6 days than the bus would’ve cost us for 2 days! Cannot recommend him enough! Thanks so much Alex!

The BEST Australia trip EVER!! Thank you so much to Seb from Happy Travels in Queenstown who booked my whole Australia trip for me, including the Whitsundays, Great Barrier Reef, Fraser Island and more!! I cant thank him enough for helping me push myself out of my comfort zone and to go for it! I was so nervous i even went back to cancel the trip and he talked me out of it, and i'm SO glad that he did, it's been an unbelievable experience and one that i'll forever be grateful for. Awesome little shop.Friendly staff, who had good ideas/suggestions for activities.Also they have balanced and fair information about the tours.They offered us better prices than the other shops, and did not charge any credit card surcharge when it came time to pay.I would use them again.

We got our helicoper tour with heliworks from this company. They got us a great deal. We got a glacier with snow landing helicopter ride for the price of a remarkable scenic helicopter ride. Our son who is 3yrs old even ride for free and the amount we pay even includes pick up and drop of from our hotel. Would certainly recommend them to all our friends who would visit queenstown.
