Don’t do the bank heist it’s lame as. Too many codes and not fun at all. Staff treat you like you’re an inconvenience. The lady was very condescending when we needed help. We were the only group in there so I have no idea what the staff were busy with. Won’t be coming back.

Great fun. We have done a couple of escape rooms and bank heist was fun. The kids were able to really get stuck in and contribute which made it fun for us all. Pro tip, the mannequins arm falls off when you frisk him causing loads of laughter. Definitely good fun and we are going to do a few more. Lovely staff who really must have spent most of the time laughing at us failing. Good times

Group of three did the Spy room at medium difficulty. My partner and I have done many escape rooms, both in NZ and USA. We were very disappointed. There was very little flow from clue to clue; more like a collection of short one-off puzzles rather than a trail of breadcrumbs. We experienced functionality issues with things opening smoothly (instructions explicitly say to be gentle and use critical thinking over physically, so we didn't wanna break things, lol). Also, scanning QR codes to get hints and this section is for Hard level" signs on the walls next to puzzles REALLY break the immersion. :-(However

It's a really fun spot to check out with friends/family. Different options and themes to choose from, we did the Haunted Hotel - though we want to come back and do them all! So much fun, friendly staff. We will be back!

Great experience, after you have done one room you want to do them all! Will definitely be coming back for more and try to get a few records broken. The only reason I am not rating it 5 stars is because the building entrance has no clear signs, the entrance was also under construction at the time and we doubted if we were in the right place until we found the correct entrance.

I have done multiple escape rooms here over the last few years and couldn't recommend it more. The staff look after you and provide some class scenarios for you to explore and solve. It's a great place to go with your mates or your colleagues, especially on the weekends.

Amazing place, Had a ton of fun here. I've been here around 5 times now, And I enjoyed every single one of them. The staff is very nice and straight forward. I would recommend this to anyone.
