The street entrance is literally strait off the motorway so as you come off M/W in left hand lane turn left just after the KFC. It is a narrow street so be aware. We had the 2 bedroom unit with the balcony. The unit was quite spacious with plenty of room in both bedrooms. There were heaters and a fan and all other essentials. The kitchen was well equipped with a full sized fridge freezer. The balcony was a pleasant addition. Despite being between the fire station and the motorway we were not disturbed by either and because it was so warm we had the windows open all the time. There is plenty of parking and a lift. The best thing was the availability of a trolley to bring your luggage up to the room.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom accessible suite with a family of four adults for 5 nights. Room was tidy, clean and well maintained. We had a very comfortable stay. It wasn't anything super fancy or modern but everything was functional and to a good standard and reasonably priced. Great service from the team and the location was convenient for the ferry and also not too far for day excursions into the capital for sight seeing (we had a rental car). Within walking distance of eateries and the supermarket.

The only BW that ive been to that didnt have free breakfast, not even for high tier members. Calling it BW Wellington is misleading, as its not in Wellington at all. Its a 15 min drive away. Otherwise, rooms were clean and fine. My room didnt seem to have AC. Might be painful if its hot outside. Several restaurants and takeaways within walking distance.

Pleasant staff, under-cover parking, close to supermarket, mall and railway station. Easily found from SH1. Comfortable beds, good-sized rooms, 24-hr access, incl late arrival by pre-arrangement. Access room has wet-area shower, but basin and kitchenette a bit high for access from a wheelchair. We routinely use the access" room in this motel when visiting Wellington

Was upstairs. Was Boiling hot. And freezing cold bed very comfortable wasn't worth the money. Charged 240. Day far too much worth about 160 ton170

The hotel smells very bad. The beds are uncomfortable. It is dirty inside the hotel and the smell of mold was everywhere. The heater they have in the room does not get rid of the condensation. There was condensation on the windows and the room felt very damp.The extractor fan in the bathroom, the walls, the carpets, the beds all need to be updated and cleaned. It made us feel filthy being at the hotel.The only good thing about it was the wheelchair facilities. Good water pressure of the shower, good height for the vanity and large roll-in shower area.My suggestion is for you to bring the decor up to date - re-paint the walls and update the extractor fan. Also, install a heat pump to help with the dampness/smell in the room. The price we paid for the room was too much for the condition of the rooms.

No not wonderful. Told lady. Am grieving. But she kept banging door. And phoning me. Had pull out pH. Had no peace at all. Told lady b4 stayed prefer not have bath as was far too low. To floor.. tapes. Bathroom too hard turn on @ Off. When bath. Impossible get out. Nothing hung into. She gave me some temp ones. But I put pressure on them they feel out. She didn't care. She was over stressed. Talked not stop. Said her man. Will have to complain. He said can get as great. Re view. No. I won't said. Worst place too. Cane here to relax. Buy U have stressed me out. Super easy to get to the ferry. Zoe was a lovely hostess very accommodating to our needs. Clean rooms and very handy to takeaway food to be purchased when you are a tired traveler.
