What I got out of it was a great experience chatting with nice people in 4S Motors and it becoming a fabulous. The people who works here are patient and helpful. My Dealer Bill is quite professional. Basically, he is familar with all the advantages and disadvantages of different types of cars. He has offered us many valuable suggestions regarding how to choose a right vehicle. Moreover, the manager Denise is very supportive. He has helped us a lot during the trading. Personally, I think he represents their excellent company culture - caring about the families.

Bill went out of the way during Level 3 lockdown to get the car delivered contactless. Best part was he arranged for a vehicle finance with a tenure of 3 yrs, while our Work Visa had validity of 16 months. Friendly person, understood our requirement & delivered our BMW 218d on time.

NEARLY 5, just because of small thing happened to us (we just a bit disappointed as we didn't get the specific model that we first drove and Elvis missed to tell me that there are different models of that car) but we'll sorted by Elvis.From start of test driving, Elvis was well accommodating and professional. He also assisted us well in finance category which is so smooth. And after purchase he is well approachable with some concerns with regards to purchase. After looking for some months I found a great 2016 VW Golf Variant import at this dealership. I dealt with Bill who was very helpful. No problem in allowing the car away overnight at a European Car Dealership to get checked out. Report came back great. Low kms. very nice condition inside and out. I wanted a safe car and that is exactly what I bought at a price that compared very well to the same vehicle, (make,/model/year/kms) advertised at other dealerships. We purchased a BMW X5 Hybrid through 4S Motors. Unfortunately less than a year in from the purchase, the hyrid battery had a pretty serious fault and required a complete replacement. Luckily Elvis and the team at 4S Motors had recommended to us at the time of purchase that with hybrid and electric cars that it's always recommendable to purchase a separate insurance as extra cover. Although this insurance didn't cover the cost up front, and all of us struggling through the economy during the first round of Covid-19 the team at 4S Motors out of every norm assisted us through the insurance process and arranged to have the car repaired. They also provided us with a courtesy car for several months whilst the car was being repaired. A big shout out to Elvis and the team, this is a true demonstration of customer service and loyalty to their customers. We would totally recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.
