Customer service is non-existent. Walked in yesterday, the two staff turned their backs on us and just chatted the whole time behind the counter. Not once acknowledging our presence, I get that it’s a long day for them but ‘hello’ or ‘goodbye’ is not that hard.

Shop assistants are absolutely a pleasure to deal with

I am super disappointed!!! I had a voucher from my wedding to use $100 but found out it was expired (within 1 year).Although no date was written on it!! How was I supposed to know??!! I hope this will be improved for anyone who buys vouchers from this store. Will NEVER be back... I feel super bad for my family member who brought this for me. Money down the drain!!

11.40am, Sunday, 2 April 2023BAYFAIR BRANCHIf I could give this store and the NON EXISTENT SERVICE a zero star rating I'd happily do it !!!!I was there to buy linen for 2 bedrooms, so I was not just a browser". Neither assistant bothered I may as well have been invisible. I left the store and decided to return to feedback.

I had the worst experience with my online order....I bought a bed and blanket a week before I picked up my new puppy. Thinking by the time I picked up my puppy, the order should arrive at a similar time. I was only informed after I have purchased the products that it will take 20days for my order to arrive....um...ok...that's not helpful at all! So I waited for the 20days, nothing came..I emailed them and they gave me a tracking number which it shows 0 item in that tracking number...by this point, I have been waiting for almost a month and the order is still not here. I'm having to buy an extra bed and blanket for my puppy to use temporary...what a waste of time and money. Won't be shopping here again!
