Have tried to get a refund for our Elton John tickets but as we no longer have a credit card it has become beyond a joke and have been given the complete run around. Sent emails but no positive outcome. Tried calling numerous times but our lines are all busy please ring back". Doesn't seem to make a difference as to what time of day you call. Super frustrating. I'd give them no stars if this was possible."

The worst customer service experience - purchased Ed Sheeran tickets months ago in undercover seat (with aisle seat). Tickets got changed 5 days out from the concert, to no longer undercover at all and no aisle seat. Due to 6 seat purchase limit - friends tickets also changed and we were no longer sitting together. Non existent communication or customer service from Ticketmaster. They responded 3 days after the concert - total shambles. One star is too many, should have a zero star review.

Extremely bad service cannot get through keep getting cut off - no responses from emails sent . have still not had my refund from Elton John tickets I brought and email said it would be within 14 days that was sent out from them it’s now been 8 weeks!! Unacceptable

I have been waiting for Elton John tickets for since Dec 2022 when his concert tickets were rescheduled due to be unable to make the new dates. Every time I call I am assured that the refund will happen in 21 working days. We are now in April and I am told to wait another 21 working days. This is simply not good enough.

Their android app is atrocious. Logs me out immediately, multiple times. Also the option to transfer tix to google wallet does not show.

Never Buying through Ticketmaster again!!! I wanted to spend more money upgrading my Tickets but they wouldn't answer my online queries and the phone number would either kick you off immediately or just replay a repeated message saying your call has progressed in the que" it would say this about 6 times and then start aging with "with call has be placed in the que"Absolutely disgusting behavior from a company that is ment to be selling tickets to nice events1 star"

Refund went well for us guys!!After reading all these reviews I was worried I would have problems being refunded after Elton John being canceled.Well, I didn't receive my refund in the time frame, contacted ticketmaster via Facebook, turns out I had the same card, but expiry was different. I gave them the correct expiry & was told it's now processed and 3-5 working days I'll have my money.in my account. And yes, I have it now.There are alot of bad reviews on here, so thought I'd jump on and give my experience ✌️

I will never use Ticketmaster again if there is an alternative. Can't access tickets on the app. Can't transfer them, and TM say that emailing them is 'not an option'. No choice and a system that does not work. These tickets are a special gift and at the moment it looks like I have spent $400 for nothing. Watch this space!

Would give an 0 if possible.We re listed our Ed Sheeran with Ticketmaster and they sold. We were advised that we would have the money in our account within the next 12 working days. It has now been 2 months and no money received. We have emailed, called and messaged on Facebook no response and no help. This company is the worst! We are $400 short and ticket master is $800 up. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ticketmaster rescheduled an event I got tickets for. The time between the original dates and the rescheduled dates were 2 years! Then when I asked for a date exchange or a refund they denied it! Horrible business that breaks New Zealand consumer laws on the daily. Will never use again.
