Absolutely among the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They send a stock standard response without properly reading the email and responding to specific enquiries and requests. They somehow managed to not answer any of four questions I asked about a faulty product and how it could be resolved. Pretty safe to say I will not be purchasing any future products from this shambolic operation.

Am using Robinhood 9kg Washing machine and so far it's too good. If anybody looking for good value for their money then I prefer Robinhood. It's perfect look wise, user friendly, space saver (as am using front loader), simple to operate. Thank you Monaco

AWFUL! I ordered a range hood through an agency 11 days ago. These thieves charged $75 + GST freight and I'm still waiting. How can they charge that price and not even deliver it? Stay away from this crowd. They have no clue what the word service means! I'll never use Robin Hood product again. My customers will be directed to Parmco from now on.

Ripoff pricing on Pioneer car audio products. For example, the Pioneer DMH-Z6350BT is priced $1699 NZD RRP. The same head unit in Australia is priced at $900 AUD. Almost double the price. It is a sad day when the local businesses are ripping the locals!

Absolutely DO NOT buy Blanco brand ovens distributed by this company. Had one for less than 2 years before the in built circuit board broke - there is no replacement. We had to get the Oven replaced at our own cost with a small stipend refund from them insufficient to pay for the cost fo the replacement and our wasted time threatening to take them to small claims to get paid.

My daughter ordered a watch 13th Dec and it hasn't arrived. She has heard nothing since the order and has emailed twice. I'll remove this review If there is some customer service following this review but there's no watch and no reply and a birthday coming up with no present.

I am surprised by the negative reviews I have read here about Monaco... I knew nothing about them but rang in the hope they could help service/renovate and clean out the switch noise in my old Pioneer SA-8100 that was made in the 1970's.They charged a non refundable inspection fee of $80.50 which turned out to be all I was asked to pay. The job was done quickly and efficiently and I could not fault the service.Some reviews here seem to think Monaco is a bit dodgy?.. They could very easily have charged me for some imagined perished part.. 1974 was a long time ago! But they didn't.I personally am very happy with the service I have received and thrilled to have my old stereo back to its best.... not too sure my neighbours will agree though...

Terrible! Tried to decline my claim on 2 year old broken cooktop as it was out of their warranty period, communication was always slow from them. Luckily the retailer refunded on behalf.

Well after a month of being told they had a replacement part in stock and making a direct credit within an hour of receiving their invoice I telephoned and emailed and telephoned and emailed and then telephoned again until I finally managed to speak to someone who could tell me where my part was… it didn’t ever exist! Their attempt to make good? Well that was as big a joke as their customer service… there wasn’t one. You can hide behind your emails and telephones Monaco, but I’ll be telling anyone who wants to listen how you’ve cost me 100’s of dollars. Shame on you!
