Great Food BUT they do not do single portions. If 2 of you want different items it is going to cost $50+ and a lot of waste. Good food but should really offer single portions. Would use them a lot more but cannot justify the amount of wasted food.

Very expensive at $85 , 4 dishes ( sweet & sour pork, 2 x won ton soups and egg fu Yung ). The egg fu Yung was good and not a bad size, the won ton soup was also not bad sized but not particularly flavour filled, the broth seemed to have little taste although the wontons were ok. The sweet & sour pork was rubbish, a half filled container and the pork was hard and seemed to barely have any pork in it. I buy the same thing from my regular Chinese shop in Waimauku and it costs $15 less, has massive servings and generally better tasting. I probably wouldn’t buy here again.

$22 is quite pricey for a dish given its the only one in Helensville ( te atatu one only 15dollars), understandably maybe needs to be more, or maybe not. I got a dish and PAID for extra rice on top of costly dish, was disappointed when a tiny bit got put in with the sweet n sour. Was from out of town so disappointed. 2 stars for family business working well together

Ordered special fried rice and a pork roast meal. Both were excellent. I dont post reviews very often but im sitting here eating the leftovers of the fried rice for lunch the next day and it reminded me how yummy it was.I was sceptical - i admit the place looks like it needs a few more man hours to tidy and clean but OMG the meals were worth it! On the high end of what ive paid in the past but definitely worth it. Friendly people.

3 dishes for $75 and they were all 80-90% noodles so felt ripped off. The noodles were just so greasy and salty tasted horrible, must have binned 2 3rd's of purchase. I won't be back.

Ordered prawn hot box over the phone, specifically with no other meat, prawn only. Picked up, brought home and found that there were all meats in dish. Called again and asked for prawn only as this had all meat in it. Went down again and they had not started and said they could not do it. They made a veg only noodle dish (this was very tasty, reason for an extra star). However extremely inconvenient having to order 3x, I also found a piece of chicken in the veg only dish :(

The Chinese food is really good, the burgers are not good, but it’s incredibly annoying that their closing hours say 10pm for most nights, but they’re completely closed by 8.45pm, if not 8.30pm
