Super friendly staff, couple times they have charger me cheaper for the movie tickets which is a bonus. cinema 2 has comfy big seats while cinema 1 has some of the old seats and the 'love seats' big wide seats at the back. The odd time there has been popcorn not cleaned up but it's kind of expected at a movie theater. I've been here many times growing up and always love to go. Popcorn is always nice and salty. If you're early for your movie there is a couple arcade type games in the foyer you can play on while you wait. Also you can ask if you can get a movie poster too when they are done (I think it's $5 or less I've been charged diff every time) but they are always happy to let you have it if there is spares left after the movie is done

Such a cute wee theater.Staff were really friendly.Seats and floors cleaned upon entry.Cinema is was easy to find although access needs to be named clearer.4 stars just cause it is a bit expensive.All up I would go again.

Absolutely loved our visit here, the seats were super comfortable and our coffees that were delivered to us very delicious! The staff are friendly and super helpful A++++

Love that we have this two theater cinema in our town. Staff are friendly and abliging. Most of the new release movies available. Can't book online. Needs a really good clean particularly the carpets. New seats to replace the ones with broken springs would make a big difference and some repainting. And haven't worked out when the popcorn is freshly made yet.

I've been going to this cinema since I was in school back when they had the old two story cinema. The owners are very nice people and I've had many great movie going experiences at the Regent.Unfortunately, because I've had a bad reaction to the covid vaccine I'm unable to get a second dose and therefore not allowed to see a movie. As a massive Batman fan it's going to be hard sitting this new one out.

Went and saw beast on the 27th august at 8:15 pm paid for 3 medium combo and only received drinks!! Told us they’d bring the popcorn and wasn’t gonna miss out on my movie for their mistake. And as someone with anxiety I didn’t have the courage to go and complain. Used to love going to the regent cinema never again!!
