Discover New Zealand

When we decided on a 19 day self-driving trip to New Zealand, I searched internet and came across Discover New Zealand website. The example itineraries are very close to what I had in mind. I started working with Sabina. She was very quick on getting a draft itinerary for us. Then we worked back and forth with our inputs and her insights and finalized everything. Our trip was a bless. We visited many places and did many activities. We were able to enjoy so many aspects of New Zealand. Our trip was very smooth, thanks to the carefully planning of Sabina. She also stayed on top of everything when unexpected changes came up. The Discover New Zealand app was very helpful to guide us day by day.

Discover New Zealand and Petra helped make our tour in NZland amazing. From the beginning Petra was attentive and available. We spoke many times before the trip. She was always patient and kind in her response.The app technology worked great. Resources and links to the internet were available and easy to use. I especially like the journal option. It’s easy to type and edit, I used it on my phone. Petra listened and adjusted plans easily and had several options to help diversify the activities.Overall I will use Adventure New Zealand again. Planning a honeymoon on top of our wedding would’ve been a big task! We are so happy we found Louise @ Discover New Zealand. From a our initial conversations a few months prior to during our holiday, Louise was ALWAYS responsive, and helped us explore NZ and do all the activities she felt in her expert opinion were must do’s, and they didn’t disappoint. Had an absolutely amazing trip with Discover New Zealand. Everything went like clockwork and we had no worries about our booking for the whole month. Christina Brockie organised everything that we wanted and booked all the extra trips. She was also on hand to assist when some trips were cancelled due to bad weather and we got full refunds without having to do anything. Would recommend this company highly. They were also cheaper than the original (UK based) firm that I was going to use.

We holidayed in New Zealand ( Northbound Explorer) for 3 weeks in March 2023. We booked our holiday at relatively short notice, and cannot thank Chelsea, Wonder Woman extraordinaire, for all the assistance she provided with the itinerary, accommodation, car hire and side trips. Everything was planned to the highest standard and Chelsea was extremely patient with our queries and changes to the itinerary. The app was also a great help when we were travelling. The information was top notch and really added to our understanding of the country,The only problem was that in the second week we both contracted Covid and were required to isolate for 7 days when we were in Dunedin. Chelsea provided great support, cancelling arrangements as required and re-jigging the itinerary. At the conclusion of the holiday Chelsea provided us with the documentation required for us to claim on our travel insurance.We have vowed to return to New Zealand to experience the part of the holiday/country we missed out on, and to explore this amazing country further. We will be contacting New Zealand Fine Touring ( Discover New Zealand) to organise our next holiday in New Zealand - we wouldn’t contact any other agency.

We had a fantastic 3 weeks discovering both North and South Islands. Vicki was absolutely fabulous is organising our trip. Everything was covered with pick up from airports, great hire cars, amazing accommodation, terrific tours and itinerary all included..

As a couple of Aussies, we have just spent April self driving both islands of New Zealand. I have never been to New Zealand, so with the help of Discover New Zealand and in turn New Zealand Fine Touring, we have had the most amazing adventure. My point of contact was Ang at Fine Touring who did an amazing job in putting our awesome trip together. Everything was so well planned and went absolutely seamlessly. Ang was so helpful in answering our questions and with alternative suggestions when the situation required. The Fine Touring app was the best thing we have experienced for travelling. With the tour we selected, every second day there was a tour or experience waiting for us at our particular destination. Those 4 weeks went way too fast and this trip made us want to return to NZ sooner rather than later. We highly recommend New Zealand Fine Touring for anyone contemplating travelling New Zealand.

Had an amazing time in New Zealand. Shelley was so very helpful. Our trip was so well organised. We never felt really rushed except when we had a small setback in Queenstown - which was completely our own doing. But Shelley was only a phone call away and was able to reorganise a couple of days accommodation Then we were able to catchup on were we were supposed to be and we were able to continue on.

Nichole did amazing job of organising a suitable itinerary for our 3 week self drive adventure. We did both islands, accommodation and some activities pre booked. No problems with any bookings and her suggestions for sight seeing were perfect for us. Highly recommend Discover New Zealand

Nichole was amazing to work with. The itinerary was spot on and the execution by the entire team was flawless. Everyone was responsive and helpful for the minimal issues we had when weather was not entirely cooperative. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
