The trainers and members at F45 Ferrymead do a wonderful job of making you feel welcome and a part of the family. The studio is always clean, homely and relaxed.I've trained at several studios around the country, but have found Ferrymead the most approachable by far - making it the perfect spot for anyone wishing to better themselves without fear or insecurity.

I love F45 Ferrymead! I love that the classes are all through the day, I can bring my daughter in the pram and get a session in, love the variety of work outs which keeps it fun and everyone is super friendly and encouraging.I have noticed a huge improvement in my fitness and strength since joining a few months ago!I love that you can work out to your own level so it’s wasn’t daunting to restart after having my baby!

I've been here for 7 weeks now and honestly...the trainers are a good bunch they push you if you want them to, they don't make you do anything you don't want to and encourage you to listen to your body if it's not up to doing a certain action yet or if you need a minute to collect yourself.The environment is great you feel like you're in a team no egos, no judgement or agendas just support and high fives at the the end for the hard work you've all just done.The training itself is fully intense as stated the stations will never be the same each class so it keeps it interesting and you do notice results fairly quickly and feel great after each week is over that you have just done how many days of that HIIT.No PTs, no time spent thinking what you'll do today, you just walk in do what's set out for you walk out simple as that.

I have been going to f45 ferrymead for 3 1/2 years, and have never lost motivation. Fantastic place to train great people, Well worth a visit. Great having a 5.30 class.

Great gym! I have been to other gyms in the past but staying motivated and being consistent has been a struggle. I have been going to F45 for about a year now, I like the team feeling and the trainers are great. They are motivating, supportive and helping me reach my goals. I have had great results so far, a BIG thank you to the F45 Ferrymead team!
