These guys are 'the business'. Our old garage tilta door (not installed by NGD obviously) packed up. Someone put me on to NGD and so I popped in on the off chance they could help - and help they did!Nothing was a problem - they searched out the part I needed and within 24hrs it was fixed. These guys are amazing, Tayla was lovely and efficient when I phoned to see if they could help as we had a frayed cable on our large garage door, I phone at about 9am, they understood the urgency, although they were very busy and just pre Xmas. Their guys arrived at midday and job done and serviced all the hinges rollers etc. door no longer makes awful noises either. Highly recommend!!

Had a new garage door installed by Nelson Garage Doors seven years ago and still very happy with it. Needed a replacement backup battery for the motor drive (for when we have power outages) and Steve organised that straight away. Very efficient and friendly team. Recommended to anyone who needs a new garage door or servicing of an existing one.

I have had excellent and very prompt service from this company, right from the first time I contacted Steve. He visited my place that evening and promptly provided another remote for my garage door opener, even though it is a brand that they don't stock.A few days later I had a visit from one of the technicians who advised what was needed. The job was done satisfactorily a few weeks later. Well done guys, keep up the GREAT work

Had an issue with a garage tilt-a-door spring so went in to see if they had a solution to my problem. Not only did they help me out with a new spring for a good price but also information on how-to install the spring and maintain the other parts of the door. Well done team.
