Very poor service. They came to see my hot water bottle. They did not find anything wrong. They spend 20 minutes at my place. They charge me $145 when I called 2-3 times they change the bill 116.15 for assessment of hot water bottle on Monday morning 9am job. Never ever call them again

The team of Carl and Logan arrived when they said they would, listened well, divided up the tasks between them, and went to work. They replaced two outside taps, replaced a dishwashing machine, and installed a new faucet. While going about these jobs, a not-yet known problem with a leaking drain was discovered and fixed. A very happy costumer!

We had 2 of the most polite and respectful plumbers come to replace our log fire. It wasn’t a simple job as we have both solar hot water and a wetback connected but these guys were fantastic. Friendly with great sense of humours. They also went the extra mile and sorted out another small issue whilst they were here as well as swept the chimney while they were up on the roof!! Fantastic service from Tuffnell Plumbing and Drainage

Had issues with dodgy taps and a wetback system. The Plumber was onto it and got things back up and working again. Nice that they could squeeze in a call out at short notice.

We'd not used Tuffnells before but they will most certainly be our Go To plumbers from now on. These guys are just great to deal with. They turn up when they say they'll be there and they managed a tricky job really well. Very polite and professional young men who knew what they were doing. Absolutely wouldn't go past these guys.
