Mostly a very good store with great staff.PSA: Be careful when purchasing parts, as staff may not be aware of the correct items customers need.I was sold 4 coils for my device which were the wrong type. I tried to put one in my device, however it would not fit. Upon returning the next day, I was told I could not receive a refund as the package had been opened.Otherwise this site has been very informative over the last year of service to me, and I recommend to all.

Awful. I desperately want to give up smoking. Was told by friends what to get. This 20 something year old, your friends don't work in a vape shop. Sold me the complete opposite of what I wanted, mouth to lung hit etc. No menthol. Got a mouth to lung hit and a cherry flavour that's basically mentol. Went back 3 times, walking in the pouring rain. Asked for a smooth hit. Apparently he can't recommend any because he likes a cold" hit. Useless and couldn't be bothered."

On holiday from Australia, dropped into the vape shop just before Xmas, great range of NEW products and an awesome selection of local (Aus/NZ) liquids and a host of great USA liquids too!
