I've never experienced good service in this store. Often when I walk in staff are either out the back or chatting in a corner of the store. No offers of help to locate items or even a greeting.I went in to buy a bottle last week. I approached the counter and greeted an older woman who seemed highly put out that she had to stop what she was doing to serve me. No smile or banter. Just a cold transaction. I wouldn't rush back.

Fantastic customer service when i went in to ask for non-alcoholic beer and some suggestions for a local beer brewer. Can’t recommend better for the helpfulness and assistance, recommend this place to locals and travellers alike, i will be back!!!!
