Amazing service and very friendly team. They picked up my mower, sorted her out and got her back to me within a week or so and the cost was extremely fair.Mower runs like a dream.Will definitely be back in future for next service. Thanks so much team!

Had my mower and line trimmer serviced. the wait between 2-3 weeks at present so they were/are extremely busy. Mower throttle cable not working on being returned but as I live local, I was able to take it back and they reversed the cable so that it was working at least.

Dropped mower off for service and was told it would be ready end of week. Turned up Saturday and job not even started. Planned day-killer. Fair call - the guy did smash it out Saturday before closing but only after I had a moan. Bottom line - if you can't deliver on time what you promise, call it out. People will understand.

They exceptionally helpful. They even delivered my mower fully serviced to my home. The vehicle i had couldnt fit mower in. So they suggested they would drop it off, free of charge.Fantastic team.

Dropped off weed eater two weeks ago, chased up 9 days later for quote, was told be done by end of day. No call. Rung 5 days later still not finished.No communication, bad service - great way to run a small business. Step the game up.

Have been using Green bay Mowers for over 14 years. The service has been great, don't expect the sales patter you get from big box retailers, these guys actually service what they sell, and everything else. The prices have always been comparable or cheaper. The gear I bought 14 years ago is still going strong.

Nick does an amazing Job on all my repairs. He fixed my weed eater that other shops tried to fix but it never worked properly, has replaced my blades on my mower and serviced it. Both items work amazingly now, you are the man Nick thanks. Bevin
