Zak has gone above and beyond to help us organise our life insurance. From our first meeting, he made us feel really at ease with his down to earth nature and honesty as he took time to explain the different types of insurances and what may be best for our needs. We are especially grateful for the time he took to answer all our questions - it’s clear that he’s knowledgeable about the industry and passionate about helping his clients. I inherited Zak as an insurance advisor, however I will be keeping him and recommend him to anyone who is looking for professional, honest, friendly down to earth service. Zak has maturity and experience beyond his years. He successfully managed a sensitive claim for me in 2019 with the compassion and care you would expect from a close friend during a trying time. I later reviewed my insurance cover and Zak was able to answer my many queries not just initially but upon the annual review. Zak has gone on to successfully assist me with another claim and proven his advice and ability. I am not often compelled to place reviews however I am very grateful to have Zak as an advisor and his work and results are worthy of praise.
