Worst bank. No customer service. Cant track ur money. No internet banking. Changed mine to another one. Pure unprofessional tellers and managers. They never pick your phone. Closed on sat sun.

POOR ! - paperwork required for the most simplest of things. You would think that they would modernize and make things easy but they're still sitting with files and stamps at their desks.I only used them to send money to India as i felt their rates were good. However, now i use 'wise' which is purely digital and very easy to use with better rates.

The worst. You call them and no one picks up. Eventually when they do the staff will give you this typical Customer Service" dialogues and shut you down when you start complaining.Then they will not even action anything after all that until you follow up with them again.They decide when to disable your service

Horrible customer service. Trying to reactivate my account since the last 2 days. Provided all documents yesterday but still not activated. I was informed that they are not able to activate the account in their system. They informed that even the branch manager is not able to activate the account. Requested to speak to the manager but was informed that he is busy with a customer. Requested call back by manger but no body has called yet. Never open an account at this bank.

Previously lived in NZ and visited India where we had holiday home, for last year and forseeable future moved permanently to India. Slightly different banking needs, but we have found BoB over our 5 year association with them to be excellent in servicing our banking requirements under both situations. Very recently because of BoB's good service we have significantly increased our investments with them, transferring funds from a well known NZ bank.

Such a waste of time. This bank and their systems are designed to work back in 1980s. They need to come into reality and this is 2023. Very tedious process to do anything with this bank and their working hours is also a joke. Please be aware they all seem like scammers from India and NOT bankers. I would never ever bank with these guys. I was very unhappy and disappointed with the whole 3 years I have banked with them.

If there was an option for zero or negative stars, would have gladly given that!! Most terrible user experience. Their website probably was never upgraded ever since it was first built in the early days of the Internet! Nothing is easy, straight forward and done quickly. Their internet banking is a joke and the mobile app is an even bigger joke. Better chance of winning the lotto than getting your phone call answered by the bank. ZERO stars

The worst bank i ever seen in my life . Never ever go and take account here. No app working, u need to keep min 500$ on bank all the time, and till 4pm only application work and it took ages to load app, very difficult to take cash out and many shops card not accept. Who ever is guiding you to take bank of baroda account means they have some connection,
