Beana was extremely helpful. Just went to check on some rugs but was not expecting an excellent customer service experience. She offered me 2 other rugs that I needed but was not on top of my head which I needed in my house. I was just after a big one but ended up saving heaps with the spring sale and excellent service. Definitely one of the stores I will frequently visit as they have unique decors as well.

A medium experience. Ladies in the shop where nice enough but felt like they were a little pushy with wanting a sale. Ended buying a rug, but they didn't have a new one in the store so were going to get it from their warehouse with in 5 days for us to pick up which was fine. Today rung to check it was in the store before picking up, and they didn't have it in store yet. Ended up having to go pick up from the warehouse as we needed it today. Disappointed that they couldn't get it in the store as they had promised. Apart from thats we love the rug and are happy with the purchase.

Utterly disgusting company once sale has been completed. They will not honour any problems that arise once sale has been completed. Always blame the customer and then once they say no, you will never hear from them again. The rug we bought is faulty and started fraying after only 2 months. They wanted nothing to do with it. Will never shop here again and have told others to go elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. You feel so welcome when you step in the store and the store keeper is super friendly to assist you to get the right rug for you. Best place to get the best deal for rugs in the area. Will definitely come back for further purchase in the future.

Came to return and closex without any noticeWant to give zero rating after they doggie tactics of refundWe bought online rug during lockdown and changed our mind and wanted to return as per policy advertised on their website BUT THEY ARE CONDITIONS DENYING ON RUFUNU R FRAUD AND I WILL POST THIS REVIEW ON EVERY OUTLET REVIEW SO PEOPLE WOULD KNOW THAT THEY ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND AND RETURN IF THEY BUY ONLINEFRAUD COMPANY PUSH COSTOMERS TO THE LAST EDGE
