A very basic Viet restaurant. We tried Beef pho which was very so so, no taste. Bean sprouts was not tasty.One of the lady sat in front of the cash register eating unprofessionally.The waitress did not communicate much.Order and pay fitst like the food courtNot a place for me to come back for pho.

The golden rule with asian restos is that the more run down it is, the harder the food is gonna kick you in your nuts. The bun cha and spring rolls are vindictively good. Pho yum too. Great value for money in a city where the noodle soups are lackin

I’ll be honest and say I ashamed I didn’t know this place existed til my 4th year in Wellington. The food is delicious, cheap and fresh. The bun cha (grilled pork with vermicelli) is probably the best dish on their menu - the pork is charred to perfection and so juicy! Make sure you try their classic beef pho as well because the broth is flavorful and warms your soul :))) Another shout out to their spring rolls which is packed with veges and pork.

Got a table where they cleared the dirty dishes but did not wipe the table.The cashier did not listen to me when taking my order and it turned out she had not gotten it correct. Upon serving, and realizing she had missunderstood she did not try to clearify or refund us, even though we had paid too much. And we had to remind her twice about what they had missed.The pork skewers looked boring and the taste was at best decent.Spring rolls were OK.Summer rolls did not come with peanut sauce like it said but sweet chili but they tasted nice.Side of rice was bland and dry.Stir fried veges were horrible. I hardly ate half. Bland, floated around in some horrible tasting fluid, did not taste fried but rather boiled.This is the 3rd Vietnamese restaurant I try in as many days in Wellington but is by far the worst.Do not recommend.

The best and most authentic Vietnamese food in Wellington! The price is amazingly cheap with some pho pricing as low as $14.50 which is difficult to find these days in many restaurants today. The owner explained she handmade most of the ingredients they put in the dishes as they aim to make it as authentic as possible. The broth of the pho we had was incredibly tasty and full of flavor - and they were both $15.00 and $16.00 only respectively. The ambiance of the restaurant felt very close to home and the owners were just lovely. Highly recommend!

Somehow I have always missed Go Vietnam as I passed through Chews Lane, which is a shame as I've been missing out on some great food.It is a small shop with old furniture and fittings, but the menu has lots of variety and the food is excellent. Plus, the quantity is huge, so be prepared to eat well.
