First time getting a bikini wax in years & i can honestly say I have found my place! Tashina was such a gem, & honestly made me feel so comftorble especially being a plus size girl! I know it's always a struggle for us plus size woman to find a place we can feel comftorble with and I gurantee you they will honestly take care of you! Prices are good & quick too! Denize and her team of ladies are always professional and friendly.I have seen Denize for over 15 years and have seen her other staff over this period aswell. Denise was very lovely and professional! She was very understanding and she would give me a break if I needed it. I highly recommend this place. It was very easy to book, I could just do it online. There are free parking spaces available on the road. I'm very happy with the result and I was surprised how quickly she got rid of all the hair!

I went in for a waxing treatment today and although they got the job done, I will definitely not be going back. Personally, when I go to get a wax done having someone greet me or at least acknowledgement me when I walk in will make me feel a lot more comfortable but when the lady walked out into the waiting area I didn't get a hello or even a smile. Whilst she was waxing me, she made multiple comments that made me feel extremely self conscious and spoke with a condescending attitude. At the end of the treatment, I still had a lot of leftover wax on the area and when I asked her to please get those bits off so I wouldn't feel sticky for the rest of the day, she handed me a tissue and walked out of the room. After reading the many positive reviews, this was not quite the service I was expecting.

I have been coming here for about a year now and wouldn't go anywhere else. They always do a great job and I'm in and out nice and quickly. Excellent value for money and a friendly and comfortable environment. Highly recommended.

I visited Denize after purchasing a Grab One voucher. Unfortunately I had to reschedule as I did not have enough growth. On the week I was scheduled to visit I got the flu. Finally, six weeks later, I was ready to see what all the hype was about having never done this before. I was so relaxed with Denize I chatted the whole way through. Two sensitive swipes but not as horrific as my flat mate had led me to believe. The bonus is that it started to grow back after six weeks and was a lot softer. Will be making appointment to visit again soon. This lady knows what she is doing and is a fabulous woman as well.
