What a joke they now dont honor any codes just like motueka I'm guessing the same people owe it. Usually our pizza from there are good they used to honor most of the code . Not now . The meats on weren't much and didn't really any sauce on it. They don't take pride in there work . Staff were too busy on the phone or standing by the oven or making pizza u could there was a line of people no staff would recognize them or taking there order. It's a shame it's gone down hill . U be better to go into nelson to get pizza .

Richmond you can use the app for your purchases and they accept all vouchers unlike Motueka, service is quick accurate and efficient, no issues ever since going their for over a year now regularly

I wouldn't really order pizza from online because the staff there can't really do their job correctly I'd rather go to Dominos Nelson instead of Richmond because they do their jobs correctly

Pizza said was ready went to pick it up then they said they forgot a garlic bread so I had to wait a extra 10 mins then got home and realised they had forgotten our pancakes and put animal cheese on our vegan pizza not impressed and not much they could do about it either.I know other pizza shops are more expensive but costumer service and quality food is more important in my eyes

Sadly the all teenage staff don't know how to operate the computer. At least have one person that is well trained or lower your prices.and will also ask you to go though some BS form with no promise of a reward in the end.you are running your business from cheap badly trained teen labor it will never be that goodthe least you could do is provide me with a discount coupon
