Wow the husband & wife team are just awesome, what friendly people. If everyone on earth was like them, we would have Peace.I can't recommend them enough, I have never met such genuine people before. I didn't end up doing any business with them but the advice from them and their help in finding facts about my problem saved me money and my tenant time by buying a new oven.They were even willing to do an on site inspection on Sat even though they didn't work on Sat to help me and my tenant out.We all need to support genuine business people like these in our city.If you need to sell oven, buy oven, fix oven, general electricity issues, please speak to them :-)

Needed a new Ceramic stove top and Remade had the entire thing sorted in less than a week they knew what was needed and how to get it 10/10 shout out to sue for being amazing.Short story long, Our stove top broke and we needed a new one, I sent out to 5 different companies within Auckland for repair. 3 had no response, 1 said we weren’t in range and Remade said send a picture. We sent through some basics and Sue sent out a complete run down of cost affordability, talking about how a new model might be best and breaking down the what’s How’s and Why’s for a novice like me.We immediately said yes to our only and best solution and it was all done within 1 week, we went from the sheer horror of the task to a fixed up replacement in less than 7 days and short of an hours work, I cannot recommend these guys enough and Thanks Soo much Sue for all your help 10/10 5 stars and a bang up job :)

Very happy with the service. Sue has great customer service. She sent through a detailed quote before and rearranged other bookings to fit in with my schedule. Wayne was fast and informative. He let me order my own part directly through the cooktop company to ensure I got it for the best price. Would definitely book Remade again!

Rung 9:13am on 9th July and spoke to lady to confirm I wanted the part, even though I had sent a photo of it with the part number on it 2 days earlier. Because the oven is not a common brand in NZ I had asked what other parts they had and the lady wanted me to send through photo and model number. She mentioned they were sending lots of ovens to the scrap yard the next day, so I asked when she would be able to check (as I didn’t want it going to scrap yard) and it was only a matter of opening the plastic box at the back of the stove to read the number. She was extremely rude and said that she was busy doing other things and the longer she is on the phone talking to me, the more she is delayed. That to me is not how you talk to a customer, but I was keen for this part as I bought this part from another second hand stove company 2 weeks earlier but it appears to have gotten lost in the post, so I decided not to say anything to this lady at the time. I remembered I had sent pictures/photos to other second hand stove shops so at 9:44am I sent a photo and model of stove. At 10:23am she confirmed same model. At 10:32am I sent an email asking for a price for the whole stove.So I had confirmed I at least wanted the one part and was looking to buy the whole stove, however they have not contacted me as of 13th. It would only take a few seconds to email me with a price. So my attitude to this company is now “stuff you, you are rude on the phone, you don’t respond to a sale, you don’t deserve my money or recommendation”. My wonderful electrician is now going to put in a generic part. So Remade, you have missed out!

I rang asking can they fix my oven, Sue answered with lovely customer service. I also mentioned do they fix freezers (they dont) so she recommended a company that does, so I can save some money on paying just one call out fee. Instead of a call out fee to two different companies. I called them but they dont fix my brand of oven and freezer. So I called her back to rebook again. She then mentioned that it might be worth while looking into wither the oven is still under warranty. I couldn't remember when I brought it so I rang Noel Leeming and it turns out the warranty is valid until Oct this year. So I have a technician coming to fix my oven for free thanks to Sue. I can't believe the level of customer service she gave me. Its not like her company can afford to give away work, but she had my best interest at heart. It is so rare to find genuine people like Sue in bissiness. You alway read of horror stories or services, and all though I didnt use her services, I wanted to share my experience with this amazing lady. May God continue to Bless her and her company.

Brilliant ....have dealt with Remade for a good many years now. Sue and Wayne are always such a pleasure to deal with. So reliable and friendly and make everything so easy. Highly recommend!
