Market͏ changes- Expert Needed! Job Done!I had previously dealt with Ifran and had an excellent outcome, so he was an obvious choice this time, especially since the market was changing fast. His long experience and success in sales meant that he did whatever was necessary to put my sale together-open homes, continuous follow up, being accessible and available to all parties as required. Works͏ for the clientOne thing upon meeting Ifran was the feeling of no judgment and also the ease we felt upon meeting him. Great Communication and Great Results. Ifran has helped us with selling our property in this downturn market. He marketed the property without auction to bring in more buyers and that has worked to get us the best price possible. He proactively arranged finance for the buyer and assisted them in getting it over the line. His weekly report gave us a good understanding of the market price following viewings. He managed to bring six offers within the first three weeks, albeit with low offers except one which we accepted. This was followed up with a backup offer. So we are extremely happy with the outcome.
