I have booked this Motel as i had $20 voucher from Bella vista company. Normally i book through booking .com but since i had a voucher i booked over a phone. Motel manager assured me to match the price of Booking.com , which was $160 including breakfast . but next day without my knowledge she, took $30 extra from my credit card. And i ask about the refund she refused to do that. This is a sort of a cheating by manager which i was not expecting from a big motel franchise like Bella Vista.

The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was good, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately the room felt a bit run down and in need of maintenance. All the basics were there, but there are a lot of accommodation options in this area, and I've stayed at cheaper places that were better maintained.

Good access-type shower and ground-floor room. Comfy bed, better than what I have at home. The unit was compact. Very close to town and able to get there on the one street (straight across every intersection. For members of the RSA, that is straight across the road from this motel.

Wow, what a cool town! First time visiting and hoping it won't be the last. Bella Vista Napier was in a great location super close to town and eating areas. Room's were super clean and tidy and staff very friendly and helpful! Thank you so much, A+.

Umm I enjoyed the hydro slide it was accelerating when sliding down and and quickly getting back up to go down really quickly so much fun I hope i didn't make too much noise overall i would certainly be visiting again.
