Fantastic online ordering experience!My order arrived way faster than I expected: ordered 4pm Tuesday, delivered 1:30pm Thursday in Wellington (despite Interislander cancellations from Covid) with regular and accurate email updates.Gary has a great range of good quality products. Will definitely be back when I need to upgrade the home theater system.Edit: As promised, just upgraded my old AV receiver for the home theater, and once again was a fantastic experience. Thanks Gary, will definitely be back again!

Purchased Audio Technica turntable. Brilliant, 2nd online purchase from this business. I asked a question (a dumb question I fear) and the response came back well after 6pm that day (that's great service) . Product is fantastic value, lightning fast delivery to our door , super knowledgeable with great balanced and unbiased advice. This is the place to go or click on for great deals and superior customer service, did I mention the excellent communication? This is how it should always be done .

Pioneer Vsx Lx 5o5 Receiver.Rang and asked a couple of questions before purchasing which were answered promptly by Staff. Ordered Thursday evening and payed for, Shipped Friday morning and received Monday afternoon. How's that for customer service and only the best price in New Zealand on the day. Would highly recommend looking at their sales listings before buying electronics anywhere else, great range and some of the sharpest pricing.

Yamaha RV A4ABought this amp from these guys yesterday afternoon. Absolutely delighted with it!! Robert was informed incredibly helpful and patient with my prolonged procrastination. However left the store really satisfied that I had made the right purchase. Good old fashioned service at its best. Friendly knowledgeable staff, great prices and supporting a local business, what’s not to like. Won’t be going back to the “big box”retailers again unless these guys don’t stock it.

Ready to pack up & move out of our house on a Friday & new holiday makers ready to move in the very next day & the bloody dishwasher decided to pack up !! But hey no problem called into Gary Anderson in Cromwell at 09.00am Friday morning & paid Gary for a new dishwasher at an extremely good price & Gary dropped off our new machine by 1.30pm that day & had organized to have it up & running by 2.00pm that day. Bought a Dali centre speaker from GA. Took a while to arrive but the poor dude was run off his feet working alone in the middle of Covid. Got there in the end though. Great sales prices that are actually proper savings. Recommend.
