Brought bike online for son recieved it 2 weeks later put it together back brake was not working properly took it to shop trying to say they needed it for a week travelled for over an hour and it is literally a 5min job now my husband has to do it. Not great customer service from here.

Staff at Evo Hamilton were busy when I arrived, but I was served with in a short wait time and with a smile. Bailey was professional and the staff helped each other. The vibe with in the ope was chill. Nga mihi.

Evo Cycles quickly sorted my new warranty frame, I upgraded it to the Carbon model, and Trek were on the ball with their end aswell (standing behind their products). Sometimes online bike shops get a bad wrap for whatever reason, I can say Evo cycles have been excellent! How hot is this bike!
