Easy service to drop off and pick up. Friendly and informative staff. I Failed a wof but when arriving everything had been pre quoted and organised so i knew exactly what was needed to be done next, saving the overwhelmed feeling Ive had in other places when failing the first inspection.

Tom's auto's is 'one-of-a-kind' they continuously have delivered on what they have said, always cutting costs where they can and communicate better than any mechanics I've ever been to. In addition to this - their service and expert knowledge have helped navigate a couple of potential big problems - don't waste your time going anywhere else - go to these guys!

I have been visiting Tom's Autos for five years now, wouldn't go anywhere else! Competitive prices, excellent service and I love that they make it so easy with the free courtesy car :) Paul at reception is always friendly and happy to explain everything. One happy customer here!

All aspects of this repair were exemplary. The bill was slightly less than estimated, the job was completed quickly, the fix was noticeably better than before Tom's received the vehicle, and the courtesy car was a really nice touch. Friendly and efficient, experienced mechanics. Local. What's not to like? I'll be back again.
