I had my iPad pro repaired on the 21/05/2022, the iPad functioned fine, there was a lot of glue residue left around the edges of the screen, the home button was not flush & there was a lot of light bleed from the LCD - I could live with this for $350.00About 2 months ago the screen functionality started to play up - the ability to touch the screen was sporadic at best, this iPad is used exclusively for watching videos so it has an very easy life.When I dropped it off the tech immediately knew what the problem was however advised they would have a look at it. 3 weeks later I called them to ask what the diagnosis. I was met with - we repaired it a year ago the warranty is only 3 months. That was the end of it.I went to collect & when I questioned the longevity he said its not their problem, when I questioned why I wasn't called with an update I was told they were too busy - The man was sitting there doing nothing, nothing was actually done with my iPad.Pretty bad that a clearly known faulty screen was installed, I could have saved myself the hassle & time & just thrown it in the bin.To their credit the offered me a discounted repair which I politely declined

Dropped my MacBook late Saturday afternoon, owner had it fixed the next day, even opened shop on a Sunday so I could pick up before heading to Australia, would recommend for macbook repairs.

They scammed me with a cheap screen that broke within hours of the replacement. And apparently the owner is making fake 5-star reviews for himself. This is a very very dishonest business and it should be shut down so it can't scam more people.

THEIVES!! I took my Samsung s9+ for a battery replacement. They charged $100 and didn't even change the battery. These ppl are scammers! See reviews of their other store Budget Computers & Repair, its the SAME BUILDING

Worst experience ever!! Guy quoted me $130, even emailed me the quote - I go and drop my phone off - pay for it plus $40 for a screen protector, worker than tells me come back in 2 hours, I come back and he tells me the price is wrong and should be $250 even tho I have emailed job cost of $130 - I pay the extra $80 as he says it will be done in 20 to 25 mins - this was at 3pm, by 3.45pm its semi done, still need the glue to dry some more - he hands me my phone and states look new phone" but...... the touch screen is even working

I broke my screen on my iPhone 13 which is only a few months old. Went to Applefix. Got my screen changed which started a whole lot of other problems!! When I get it back there is something not right. My battery runs down in about 5 hours and the screen gets so hot I get warnings from my phone. He put another screen on it which made it worse. Then he has it for two and a half days and says there’s nothing wrong with it. Don’t take your stuff here. Too dodgy for me.

Fast and very cheap and simple!! Quality job done for half the price of other stores. Very satisfied :))
