Halo Hair Design

On my 18th birthday I came in to get my hair cut and layered by John. I was so excited; I had heard such great things about this hair salon but left in tears. The layers were incredibly shabby, and it was evident that John had no idea what he was doing with my thick and wavy hair type. In an attempt to rectify his mistakes, I went to a salon in Wellington that asked if I had cut my own hair at home and when I explained that i went to a professional hair salon to get it done, she said it was the worst cut she had seen in her entire life. Your hair is meant to be something you take pride in, and for so long I suffered with a terrible haircut that I had paid $90 for. If I could rate this salon, I would give it a 0/10. Do not recommend in the slightest.*EDIT: After reading the ridiculous reply, I would like to clear up that I wish to remain anonymous and I would have no reason to lie about my experience here :)
