Hired the 6 berth SAM premium but due to some incident had to downgrade it to the 2018 SAM. Was a bit worried that the vehicle will be old. Boy was I wrong. It was well maintained and easy to drive. We drove 2700km with no issue or breakdown. A shout out to Michelle as well. Had great experience from the pickup at the airport to send off. If I were to come back to nz would definitely use Pacific Horizon againThe team at the head office were also great. They answered all my questions efficiently and patiently and on top of that provide very good suggestions on things that are useful to have in a motorhome
