Royal Oak Massage

Very average massage for a traditional Chinese massage compared to one's I've had in past years including in China. I wasn't asked if I wanted a male or female masseuse. No instructions on preparing for massage ie remove garments etc.particularly if I haven't had one before. I got a male and quickly requested a female so got one, there was no introduction or name mentioned although i was asked which areas need attention. It'll be good to have larger towels for big people and have these available for ones own modesty - a small towel didnt make me feel respected. Paying extra for oil I feel a bit ripped off and wish I opted for no oil The areas I pointed out that were painful I don't feel got the attention needed. Not much communication and would've been good to get some feedback on what was felt during massage or problem areas. I didn't feel I got value for my money and won't be going back again. 60 minutes for whole body massage with oil for $85 was disappointing.

Came in first thing Sunday morning for a massage to ease the tension in my neck. Requested a 30 min neck shoulder and back massage with oil. Fantastic price and good massage, however very little work done on my actual neck. I will be back to get a longer sports therapy massage next time and see how that goes. Definitely recommend this place.

Hit and miss on how good the massages are. New young guy gave me bruises all over back and I couldn’t lie on back for two days. The older lady however was very good and I felt perfectly relaxed. Communication is not good though. Props to them doing Duolingo because learning a second language is hard, I get it, but I think I will try opt for a new place that I can communicate needs easier. Good for a quick cheap last minute massage, they are the cheapest out there.

Booked and paid for a 90 minute massage for $135 but was made to wait for the therapist to be available for 20 minutes. They then counted this waiting as part of the treatment time. Ended up only getting 70 minutes of treatment and paying for 90. Mediocre massage too

Fantastic massage. Did a 60 min whole body massage with oil. Massage therapist was fantastic, I left feeling great. I have dislocated my shoulder in the past and let her know I need to be careful during the massage with this shoulder, she took care of it and my shoulder felt much better after the work she performed on it. I will be visiting here again, would highly recommend

The place is OK but the massage is true blue fabulous. Cupping amazing!!

Kelly was fantastic, not sure if she is still there or not but yesterday’s experience was awful. The guy was obviously not qualified and had no idea what he was doing. He left me with bruising, talked all the way through. I stopped him mid way because he was useless.

I am a regular customer but now new people and with the massage experience is NOT THAT GREAT!!

Jesse is really good. I had very sore back and neck pain from working. The massage she gave me was rather therapeutic than relaxing, which is exactly what I needed. I did scream a lot until my throat became dry, but I noticed the difference straight away. I definitely will come back to see her again.

Superb massage, felt tip top once they had completed their work. Staff were friendly and booths well screened for privacy. Seemed to be busy, so might be best to book.
